By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The information you have provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate. 
2. You will provide accurate profile information and keep it updated, including using your real name and image. 
3. You authorize 50/50 Women on Boards to make any reasonable inquiries, either directly or through third party platforms that you are eligible to subscribe to the platform or access groups within the platform.
4. You understand you are subscribing to a year-long subscription for The Networking Hub, and no refunds apply.
5. Subscriptions may not be transferred to another party. No funds will be transferred by 50/50 Women on Boards to a substitute subscriber.
6. 50/50 Women on Boards may change, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services. We may also modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice to the extent allowed under the law.
7. You will use The Networking Hub services in a professional manner and post accurate information that does not violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
8. You own all the content, feedback, and personal information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to it. 
9. If any of these terms and conditions or terms of use are violated, 50/50 Women on Boards may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use The Networking Hub. Any amounts owed by you prior to termination remain owed after termination.
10. To the fullest extent allowable by law, 50/50 Women on Boards, including its affiliates with not be liable in connection with this contract for lost profits, business opportunities, reputation (offensive or defamatory comments), loss of data (down time, or loss, use of, or changes to, your information or content) or any indirect or incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. 50/50 Women on Boards, and its affiliates will not be liable to you in connection with this contract for any amount that exceeds (A) the total fees paid or payable by you to 50/50 Women on Boards for the services during the term of the contract, if any, or (B) $100.
